Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that helps the body in important functions: it acts as a cofactor in antibody production, it maintains a normal neurological function, it is involved in the production of hemoglobin (which carries oxygen from the red blood cells to body tissues) and maintains glucose levels. This vitamin is also involved in amino acid biosynthesis as well as in fatty acids metabolism. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps to reduce fatigue.

Vitamin B12 is crucial for the development and maturation of red blood cells. In addition, it contributes to the synthesis of myelin sheath in neurons and to the release of neurotransmitters, promoting a correct functioning of the nervous system. The deficiency of this vitamin causes anemia, with general weakening, while adequate levels in the body are indispensable for cell growth, carbohydrates metabolism and fat mobilization.
