PM8™ Micellar Casein from StarLabs Nutrition^® provides 100% Lacprodan^® Micelpure™ micellar casein from ARLA^®. Complemented with Lacprodan SP8011 whey concentrate, digestive enzymes and Megaflora 9 EVO probiotics for better digestibility and gastrointestinal health, it is the perfect protein contribution for any eating plan thanks to its sustained contribution of essential amino acids for up to 8 hours.

Casein is the main protein component of milk; While whey represents 20% of the protein, casein represents the remaining 80%. Both casein and whey protein have a high percentage of essential amino acids, responsible for protein synthesis.

Once ingested, micellar casein forms clots in the stomach, called micelles, which slow down the rate of gastric emptying, which directly affects the rate of absorption of amino acids into the bloodstream, prolonging this process by up to 8 hours and causing a feeling of satiety.
