The renowned isolate obtained through a complex process of ultra and micro-filtration by cross-processing at cold temperatures (CFM). This advanced production technique is used to guarantee the best quality of the product by avoiding its denaturation, obtaining a high rate of protein content and retention of protein components, including Beta-lactoglobulin, Alpha-lactal albumin, Serum albumin, Immunoglobulin G, Lactoferrin and Glycomacropeptides.
